How to Use Your Childcare Vouchers

If you wish to use childcare vouchers to pay for our services, please follow the steps below:

1. Email Us Your Details:
   • Send an email to james@ambleford.com with the subject line ‘Childcare Voucher Booking’.
   • Include the following information in your email:
     • Child’s Name
     • Child’s Age
     • The Childcare Voucher Scheme you are enrolled in
     • The dates you wish to book
2. Receive Your Invoice:
   • Upon receiving your email, we will process your request and issue an invoice.
   • The invoice will include our scheme account number for the voucher payment.
3. Make the Payment:
   • Use the provided scheme account number to transfer the payment through your childcare voucher account.
   • Ensure that the payment matches the amount on the invoice.
