How to Use Your Childcare Vouchers
If you wish to use childcare vouchers to pay for our services, please follow the steps below:
- Email Us Your Details:
- Send an email to james@ambleford.com with the subject line ‘Childcare Voucher Booking’.
- Include the following information in your email:
- Child’s Name
- Child’s Age
- The Childcare Voucher Scheme you are enrolled in
- The dates you wish to book
- Receive Your Invoice:
- Upon receiving your email, we will process your request and issue an invoice.
- The invoice will include our scheme account number for the voucher payment.
- Make the Payment:
- Use the provided scheme account number to transfer the payment through your childcare voucher account.
- Ensure that the payment matches the amount on the invoice.
