We understand that planning a special celebration for your child can come with many questions. To assist you and ensure your planning process is as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions about our birthday party offerings.
These FAQs cover a range of topics, from booking and party details to what to expect on the day of the event. We hope this information helps you feel prepared and excited about your upcoming celebration. What time should we arrive on the day?
Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This will allow for a relaxed start to the party and ensure that you are onsite to greet your guests as they arrive. For those requiring to set up their own catering you are welcome to be on site upto 30 minutes before the party time.
Where do we park?
Parking is available on-site. Please follow the signs to the designated parking area for party guests. Our staff will be there to assist you if needed.
We have spaces for around 15-18 cars, at which point the car park can become a little crowded. To address this, we request that carpooling is adopted where possible – it also helps the environment.
What should the children wear?
We recommend that all children wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Closed-toe shoes are a must, especially for parties involving physical activities. Please consider the weather on the day; additional layers, hats, or raincoats may be necessary.
Can parents stay during the party
While parents are welcome to stay, they are not required to do so. Our team is fully trained and equipped to ensure all children are safe and engaged throughout the event. If you choose to stay, we have a designated area where you can watch the activities.
What about food and allergies?
For parties where food is provided (Gold Package), please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least two weeks in advance. We strive to accommodate all dietary needs to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all children.
What if the weather is bad?
Our parties proceed rain or shine! In case of mild weather conditions, we adjust activities to include sheltered areas. However, in the event of severe weather, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. We recommend always preparing for variable weather.
What should we bring to the party?
For Bronze Package parties, please bring any food, cake, and party bags you desire. We have plates, cups and platters you can use and staff will be available to help you set up.
For all parties, a small bag with a water bottle and any necessary personal items for your child is recommended. Please label all personal items with your child’s name.
When is the party balance due?
The remaining balance for the party is due two weeks before the event date. This allows for your predicted number of guests to vary (up or down) and ensure that we invoice you accurately. Guest numbers cannot be adjusted after this point.
You will receive an invoice reminding you of this deadline. Prompt payment ensures that all aspects of the party are fully prepared in advance.
Can we extend the party duration?
If you wish to extend the party duration beyond the scheduled time, please let us know during the booking process. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
Are siblings of the guests allowed to attend?
Siblings of invited guests can attend, but please include them in your total guest count if there is an expectation that they will take part in the event. This ensures we have adequate staffing and materials prepared.
