Payments:
Courses should be paid for in full prior to the activity date or 7 days from invoice issue date.
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation or postponement should be made immediately once it is known and confirmed in writing by email or telephone call.
Should Ambleford Ltd cancel an event an alternative date may be offered or a full refund will be made. Reasons for cancellation might include adverse weather or sickness.
Should a client/participant cancel the following charges apply: –
21 days or more prior to the event – full refund will be issued
14 days or less – 50% repayment
7 days or non attendance – a complete loss of your payment
Payment methods:
Our preference is for online payment but if you don’t have this facility then we can happily provide and invoice allow any number of direct bank transfers. To pay by invoice please contact us.
