Description
Our art club is designed around core forest school principals but focused specifically on expanding your child’s creativity. In our fun, friendly and supportive workshops we will support and encourage your child to create well considered and accomplished pieces of artwork, using quality materials.
Over the course duration we will:
- Expand our mark making and learn how to keep an artists sketch book (Sketch book and pen provided)
- Learn to draw the natural environment while rooted in nature
- Learn to use charcoal and other media
- Learn to use water colours
- Experiment with mixed media
- Learn to use acrylic paints
- Use natural materials to make sculptural and installation art
- Create a final artwork on canvas using all of the techniques we have learnt
The things they will learn at our art club will directly compliment their school-based art activities, including GCSE preparations.
