Online tutoring can be a great way to get additional support for your child or young person wherever they are. Sessions can be scheduled to fit around other commitments and resources are shared through Google Classroom which also stores all the learning to look back on for future revision. I recommend a minimum age of 9 for online session to make them as productive as possible but I am happy to discuss this individually.
For many children face to face tuition works best and being able to interact with their tutor builds a rapport which makes learning fun and approachable building their confidence. We offer face to face tuition in our dedicated classroom at Ambleford Farm in Tunbridge Wells. The room gives plenty of variety in ways that learning can take place and looking out onto the gardens gives a calm and positive feel to the space. Each tutee receives a completely personalised approach to ensure their needs are met and by receiving immediate feedback they can find areas which are normally a challenge more approachable.
Group tuition can work brilliantly for those of similar abilities or with a similar focus as it balances affordability and individual attention. There is a great social element to group tuition as well where communication skills and confidence are built in a supportive setting. Group size is limited to a maximum of 4 so that each student receives individual attention over the course of the session. Groups can either book together for a whole session or places can be booked individually according to the timetable below. If there is not a session that works please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
