Thank you for your booking…

We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen Ambleford for your child’s day of adventure and discovery! Whether you’re familiar with our setting or joining us for the first time, we’re eager to share a day that promises both fun and learning in the great outdoors. Here’s everything you need to know to ensure your child has a fantastic experience:

Important: Tell us more about your child:

Please complete this form for every child that will be joining us:

Arrival and Departure Times:

Please arrive for drop-off at 9:00 AM. The day is packed with activities, so punctuality will help us start on a high note! Pick-up time is at 3:00 PM. We appreciate your promptness at the end of the day as well.

What to Bring:

Healthy Packed Lunch and Snacks: Please pack a nut-free lunch and plenty of snacks for your child. Our active days require extra fuel!

Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is key, so a full water bottle is a must.

Appropriate Clothing: Dress your child in comfortable layers. Our activities continue rain or shine, so weather-appropriate clothing is essential. Wellies are perfect for wet days, while sturdy shoes are great for sunnier adventures.

Sun Protection: A hat and sunscreen are advised for sunny days to keep your little explorers safe and comfortable.

Change of Clothes: It’s always a good idea to pack an extra set of clothes. Our adventures can get messy, and we love it that way!

Stay Connected with ClassDojo

Before the big day, you’ll receive a link to ClassDojo, where we’ll share updates and photos from the day’s adventures. It’s a fantastic way to see the fun your child is having in real time!
