Amazingly friendly staff, our son had a brilliant time meeting Father Christmas – Ambleford really went the extra mile learning some Makaton signs to help communicate with him and being so patient and kind. We’ll definitely be back and couldn’t recommend spending some time here enough!

The Father Christmas experience was the best one I’ve ever been to. My daughter said he was definitely the real Father Christmas as he knew their names and all about them, as well as having a real beard. My 20 month old was a little unsure to start with, but because we had such a good long time with Father Christmas, he soon came around. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back next year!

Our visit to Father Christmas was so magical. We were greeted by two very polite young elves who gave us refreshments and food for our girls to feed the goats. After this, another lovely elf appeared and walked us down to The Grotto… we had to find the special star on our way! Once we arrived at The Grotto, we could see Father Christmas sitting waiting fir us which was so magical. Father Christmas was incredible
